BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The booking remains provisional for 7 days until a 25% deposit is received (which is non-refundable)
Remaining balance is due 8 weeks before date of arrival
If booking within the month of arrival full balance is required
Cancellation is requested in writing either by post or email
In the event of a cancellation we will try and re-book the Cottage and return your payment (less the deposit paid) OR book the holiday for a different time when convenient for you. If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited
We recommend taking out Holiday cancellation insurance to cover any eventuality
The number in your party must not exceed the number stated when booked

Pay pal option is available through our booking and availability page (pay pal will charge you a small surcharge)

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Waytown Cottage is available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10am on day of departure.
If you anticipate arriving later than 7pm please inform us
Please leave the Cottage in a tidy condition as you found it, let us know of any breakages as soon as possible so that we can replace them. Any articles that are damaged or broken beyond normal wear or tear must be paid for.
NON-AVAILABILITY OF COTTAGE
If the Cottage was unavailable due to reasons beyond our control we would try and offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible or unacceptable we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
The owners are entitled to refuse to hand over to you or to repossess the Cottage if we have cause to believe damage has been or likely to be caused. The owners reserve the right to enter the property during your stay liaising with you where possible.
We welcome children of all ages. As we are a working farm please ensure babies/children/adults (that require it) are not allowed to wander around the farm without supervision
No smoking in any part of the Cottage. Smoking allowed outside only.
LIABILITY
We do not accept any liability for any damage/loss/injury to any member of your party or any vehicles/possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
