From the M5 take junction 27 onto the A361, bypass Tiverton and stay on the A361 untill you reach Barnstaple. Follow all the signs for the A39 Lynton road through Barnstaple. Waytown farm is situated 3 miles north on the A39 on the right hand side just before the village of Shirwell.
