The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms:

1 master double with wall mounted flatscreen TV,  en-suite shower and WC.

1 twin and 1 further double, all of which are located on the first floor and serviced by the family bathroom with WC.

The open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner is a great social space offering a TV, DVD, the kitchen area has a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

A further downstairs wet room and WC are just off the utility room that houses the washing machine.

The french doors from the lounge lead out onto a private patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, and out onto the large shared garden, shared only with the owners.

Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Off-road parking for 3 or more cars available. Regret no smoking or pets within the property.

For guests use there is a BBQ, swings, slides
